Curriculum Associates - Iready is stupid.
I-ready is forced at my school, and it is the stupidest thing. First it tries way to hard to be "trendy" and "cool" using words and appearances that not even my grandma would think cool.
Second, it teaches things I learned 3 years ago that it thinks i need to review more.
"Well thats a good thing" you say? Well let me give you a example.
What is 1/2? I WOULD NEEEEEVVVEEEEEERRR GUESS!

so true
idk why people even have to do i ready about 85% of people dont learn aka they dont get higher grades the 15% that do learn most of the time were put a higher grade level so you may ask why do we do i ready becuse people think i ready is good but its not also i ready tests can take 1.5 hours even in normal speed for people who are slow i can take 2 hours to show how long that is a math time class is about only 1 hour meaning it can take more then double time also i ready can say your got poorly when you get 90% and that is mind blowing please get rid of i ready its so sad how kids have to do it some times even getting rid of there free time and i ready can make stress make people mad or sad etc
It is true I ready is dumb my teacher is forcing me to do stuff she said this will count as you're test grade fudge I ready
yes agree
I agree iready is stupid.
It took away 2 DAYS!!!! Of band time!!!!!!!!!!
Public schools will do anything to avoid actually having to take "valuable" teacher time to educate their students---hence their reliance on such things as projects and curriculum associates products. You best bet as a student is to read, read and then read some more in the subjects you like. A well-read student will do well in life.
the thing is i ready is 35 dollars per student and it takes away time with a real teacher( who teaches 100000****00000 times better than i ready) with a third rate program that gives you wrong answers for everything, even though i got a 95 i had to to a kinder garden lesson it is idiotic and a waste of time
I agree
